          GRADUATING SENIORS' WISH LISTS

There are multiple ways items can be purchased for our seniors. You can:

1) Donate money designating it for one of the seniors.

2) Purchase the item and mail it to us, designating it for the particular senior.

3) Purchase the item online and have it shipped to us, designating it for the particular senior.

KINDLY NOTIFY US ASAP IF YOU HAVE PURCHASED ANY OF THE ITEMS so that we can remove it from the list.  Email us at chcdd@centex.net or call 325-622-4201.  Thanks for your help!
